I was originally scheduled to come in yesterday for a recall service. When I arrived, Chad kindly let me know that both of my keys were needed to complete the recall. He explained everything clearly and told me someone would be reaching out to help me reschedule for the next day. He also made sure I knew about the pick up and delivery option, which I really appreciated.

By the time I got back home, I had already received a text to reschedule, which was very impressive. I'm 78 years old and use a walker, so getting back and forth can be difficult for me. The pick up and delivery service truly made all the difference. The team picked up my vehicle and had it back to me by 1:00 PM the same day.

I immediately called because I wanted to share how grateful I was for the entire experience. Chad was so professional and thoughtful, and the convenience of the pick up and delivery service exceeded my expectations. Because of this experience, I will be forever committed to having my vehicle serviced at Nissan and fully plan to continue using pickup and delivery in the future.
