“If I could only use one word to describe this dealership, it would be "WOW!" Fortunately, I am not limited to one. It was clear that Bob and Morris both wanted me to be happy with my purchase - not just with the car, but with the buying experience as well. And I was. I went home with a beautiful car and a good feeling about Hall Acura of Newport News.

A couple of days later I decided that the car I went home with, while nice, was not the car I REALLY wanted. So I took Hall up on its 7 day exchange policy. I have to admit - I was expecting total pushback and a complete run around, and a million excuses why it would cost me a lot extra to trade. And this is where the "WOW" came in. The trade was the easiest transaction I have ever conducted! The car I really wanted was polished and ready, waiting for me to return to claim it. Yes, the paperwork had to be redone, but you can't avoid that when there are vehicle titles and lienholders involved. It went quickly, and all the while both Bob and Morris made me feel that their only concern was that I had the car I really wanted - they wanted ME happy.

So, while I went home "Happy" earlier in the week, I can honestly say that in the end - I am MORE THAN HAPPY! Hall put their money where their mouth is - they did the trade they advertise as a benefit to buying there. Go figure: A car dealership that actually does what it advertises! If you need a new car, Hall Acura of Newport News is the place to go. Look up Bob and Morris and tell them "The Crazy Lady with the Hot Black TL" sent you! You won't be disappointed...”

“My wife, Anh, just bought a vehicle from Hall Honda, a new Civic. Her sales person, John Christian made this an excellent experience for her, and therefore for me as well.

This purchase was always meant to be for my wife, a replacement for her 1993 Accord which then had 282,000 miles on it, of which, 252,000 were put on by her. My only involvement was to drive her to the dealer and test drive a used Civic before she settled on her new one.

John treated my wife with respect. Once he knew that she would be both driver and buyer, his focus was on her and her requirements. Other than the aforementioned test drive, I removed myself from the process and drank coffee in the waiting area.

In my absence, John informed my wife of features and benefits of every optional service, accessory, and finance option available - and their cost - without applying pressure to buy them. Every step of the process - from initial contact, to vehicle selection, to cost/benefit analysis of used versus new, to financing - was handled in a professional and comfortable fashion. My wife is well pleased with her buying experience and I am grateful to Mr. Christian for his assistance and professionalism.”
